I’m usually not a fan of remakes, but I really like the calm and stripped back instrumental of this version. I also love all the transition chords that they use to step between the chords… very pretty.

These days I’m just trying to think of the future… what that would look like in my life and where it would lead me. Do I want to go back to school, do I want to follow a different career path? What am I really doing? I really don’t have any idea and that at times I’m just doing what I’m doing right now just so I can pay off the loans I have. There’s no real fulfillment or grasp of control.

I guess I’ll figure things out as things go… or just face the reality that I’m destined for nothing.
